Inspection method for ink fluidity

1. Principle

a certain volume of ink sample shall be used to avoid uneven products of the experimental machine caused by vibration during use. Under the specified pressure, after a certain period of time, it shall be expanded into a cylinder diameter, expressed in mm

2. Tools and materials

(1) the tapered steel body with wooden handle of inking knife is 200mm long, 20mm at the widest part and 8mm at the narrowest part

(2) glass plate 200mm 200mm 5mm

(3) for ethanol industry

(4) cotton yarn

3. Instrument

(1) the fluidity tester is a polymer composed of Mass Poly (aryl ether ketone) (Paek) which is a class 1 phenylene ring connected by ether bond and carbonyl group. It is one (200.0) g fifth class weight which can meet the experimental measurement needs of different materials; Two pieces of round glass with mass of (500.05) g, thickness of 5 ~ 6mm and diameter of 65 ~ 70mm; The metal fixed plate is composed of one

(2) the capacity of the ink suction tube is 0.1ml

(3) graduation value of transparent measuring ruler is 1mm

(4) timing clock

4. Test conditions

the test shall be carried out at the temperature of (251) ℃ and the relative humidity of 65% 5%

5. Test steps

(1) the ink sample and the fluidity tester shall be placed in the constant temperature room for 20min in advance

(2) take 2 ~ 3G ink samples with an inking knife, and adjust them on the glass plate for 15 times (one round trip). Suck 0.1ml of the sample with an ink absorption tube, scrape off the remaining ink at and around the nozzle, make the sample flush with the nozzle, and the ink in the tube shall not contain bubbles

(3) extrude the ink in the ink suction pipe, place the ink scraper in the center of the round glass sheet in the metal fixed disk with an ink adjusting knife, scrape off the remaining ink of the ink suction pipe core and wipe it on the center of the upper round glass sheet

(4) place the upper round glass sheet on the round glass in the metal fixed plate and gradually move towards the green development glass, so that the ink part in the middle overlaps, immediately press the weight and start timing (note that the metal fixed plate remains horizontal)

(5) at 15min, remove the weight, measure the diameter of the ink circle with a transparent measuring ruler, and cross measure twice

6. The average value of the cross measurement of the test results

is the mobility data. If the difference of cross measurement is greater than or equal to 2mm, the test must be repeated
